ARK Terms and Conditions

1. The standard rate for a 45-60 minute lesson is £25. Payment accepted by bank transfer or PayPal.

 

2. If the student is forced to cancel a lesson and it cannot be rescheduled for the same week (Monday - Sunday), a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged (100% if cancelled less than 24 hours before).

 

3. In the case of GCSE students, all communication regarding lesson times, payment or general queries should be through a parent or guardian.

For Learners Under 18 Years Old (Safeguarding)

1. Please ensure that a parent/guardian will be at home throughout the lesson. Your ARK tutor reserves the right to refuse tutoring if this requirement is not met.

 

2. Please ensure that the door of the room where the student is taking the lessons is always open.

3. Please ensure the household supports the learning by keeping the surrounding noise to a minimum
